Thanks for posting this! My 99 Sienna has the exact same crack in the top of the radiator that you replaced I will be ordering a new radiator and following this guide.

thank you for this, it gave me the courage to attempt the radiator repair myself. This was the night before a thousand-mile trip to Yellowstone and back, no pressure of course. Luckily it all went well except for a minor fitting issue; and I forgot to tighten the transmission fluid connectors before installing, but that was easily remedied.

I realize this has been quite a while back, but I have a related question.

I need to replace just the fans on my van's radiator. Do I need to take the entire radiator out to do so? It doesn't look like I should have to, but I haven't seen it done any other way yet.

Wow! People have been having a hard time trying to find videos and tutorials on how to replace their radiators, especially those for older models and this will definitely help them out. Thank you for sharing.
